Dr. Alayna earned her doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in 2013. She has a B.A in English from the College of St. Catherine. In addition, she has her Chiropractic Acupuncture Certification, Functional Medicine Certification, NAET practitioner as well as a certified yoga Teacher. Dr. Jessica Kroeger grew up in a small farm town in Iowa, where she developed a strong sense of community and a deep appreciation for holistic, people-centered care. In 2012, she moved to Minnesota to attend the University of St. Thomas, earning her undergraduate degree before spending several years working in community-based roles that focused on supporting and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. During this time, she also worked part-time in the service industry, gaining valuable insight into the importance of compassion, resilience, and human connection.

Driven by a lifelong interest in health and healing, Dr. Kroeger returned to school in 2019 to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating in 2023. She is passionate about helping patients improve their health and well-being through chiropractic care and other supportive modalities that promote balance, healing, and overall wellness.

Dr. Kroeger is BRAVA Core & Pelvic Floor Certified and is currently pursuing acupuncture certification, which she will complete in early 2026. She is dedicated to treating every patient with compassion, patience, and a whole-person approach to care.
